Refund Policy


We take utmost care about the packages purchased by our customers through the purchase form both online and offline. We always strive for 100% satisfaction of our customers related to the ALLINONETECH.NET services. But, if some time things go wrong or in the unlikely event related to the ALLINONETECH.NET services, we do have refund policy for our customers.
There are some eligibility criteria for refund of amount, which are as follows:-

You are eligible for:

• Full refund: if issue is not resolved within 7 days, for incident based plan only.

• Subscription based plan, you will be eligible for full refund if none of the issues are resolved within 15 days after registration.

• If one or more issues are resolved and customer still wants refund of his/her amount before time period defined in the agreement then partial refund will be done, after deducting the service charge on resolved issues.

You are not eligible for:

• Any refund if the cases are closed after customer’s permission.

• Refund if within a week the case gets closed.

• Refund if the issues are resolved and 60 days of subscription has passed, only partial refund will be initiated for rest of the period that remains.

• Cases which are fixed and something goes wrong on the computer due to hardware damage,however services will be continued on the existing computer or can be switched to a new computer.

Note: ALLINONETECH.NET is always with you for help in different ways. We encouraged that before filing any dispute directly from bank, kindly give us a call or email so that final settlement can be done on mutual understanding.

    I tried to give feedback when we finished the several hour session that began with Nick and ended with Anoop (Please forgive me if I have misspelled his name but I had written it down at home and now I am on the road and do not have access to it). I wish I had the means and power to give these two Technicians the Rewards that I feel they deserve.     I was having major computer problems today. Actually it began on Friday. My computer somehow reset back to the factory status and erased all my information including my McAfee virus protection. I called Allinonetech and they immediately solved all my problems. They listened to what I had to say and corrected everything I needed.     To Whom It May Concern: I have recently had my life turned upside down due to a computer failure and then the difficulties associated with the purchase of a new computer with Window8/1. By accident or maybe by luckâ I contacted All-IN-ONE-TechSupport and was very impressed with Nick who reassured me his companyâs techs were very understanding and patient. I was very fortunate, indeed, to have your tech ,Rakesh, assist me for the last two nights. Together, he guided the efforts to solve a number of issues. The most difficult was trying to get my old HP scanner to work properly. It was a difficult task but the dedication of Rakesh to push forward and solve the problem was exemplary, to say the least. He even worked two hours past his shift ending to assist me. That was amazing. I decided to buy another scanner and Rakesh helped me with the installation. I bought the new scanner to make everyone's life easier.
